1. Greetings,
Stop, you’re making me want to go back home! I remember when my friends and I would go up there to hike.
    It is beautiful country.

  2. Nice! Especially like the bear #3. And the vertical waterfall. And the stone marker. And the road. What kind of camera did you get?

  3. I got bear shot #3 right before the ranger came and chased everyone away. 8^)
As for the camera, it’s a Canon EOS 10D. It’s the type of camera that allows users who don’t know anything about photography to act like they do–one of the beauties of technology.

  4. That’s a REALLY nice camera. I was considering that one and the Nikon D70, and went with the Nikon mainly because I had some lenses that work with it. The Canon has been around longer and probably has most of the bugs worked out now, unlike the D70. You realize, though, that now you will be lusting after lenses that cost more than the camera…

  5. Yes. Same here. I already had a couple Canon lenses so that’s why I went with the one I got. The 10D has been out over a year and people are now talking about the next model. But I didn’t want to miss another summer waiting for the next generation. So I went ahead with the mature technology.
