Existing Speed Limits Are Dangerous
One might be lead to believe that by watching this video.
A group of young people attempt to point out that the 55 m.p.h. speed limit just doesn't cut it in Metro Atlanta. They formed their own "lawful" rolling roadblock; you can see the results.
I've long wondered what the point is of having a speed limit that virtually everyone ignores. Other than meeting federal highway funding requirements, there isn't one. And frankly it's more dangerous when there's a wider disparity between slower drivers and faster ones.
