I noticed CNN coming on next with its &#8220;BREAKING NEWS,&#8221; however, Fox News Channel came on nearly at the same time with a &#8220;FOX NEWS ALERT.&#8221;<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve noticed that MSNBC is frequently first in reporting something new.
