Or, if he was really feeling frisky, he could have noted that on a per capita basis those so-called red states <a href=\"http:\/\/www.calpundit.com\/archives\/002155.html\">receive far more money in federal government expenditures than they pay in taxes<\/a> (see the Tax Foundation report <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxfoundation.org\/sr124.pdf\">here<\/a>).
