The top ten &#8220;safest&#8221; cities:<br \/>\n(1) Cedar Rapids, IA<br \/>\n(2) Sioux Falls, SD<br \/>\n(3) Chattanooga, TN<br \/>\n(4) Huntsville, AL<br \/>\n<b>(5) Knoxville, TN<\/b><br \/>\n(6) Des Moines, IA<br \/>\n(7) Topeka, KS<br \/>\n(8) Lakewood, CO<br \/>\n(9) Fort Collins, CO<br \/>\n(10) Birmingham, Ala.<br \/>\nKnoxvillians are 23% less likely to be involved in an accident than the average motorist.  Makes me wonder what an unsafe city is like.<br \/>\nImagine that&#8211;we have accomplished this without a single red light traffic camera!
