They formed their own &#8220;lawful&#8221; rolling roadblock; you can see the results.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve long wondered what the point is of having a speed limit that virtually everyone ignores.  Other than meeting federal highway funding requirements, there isn&#8217;t one.
