The talking heads are busy speculating on the cause.  Whatever the case, I&#8217;m sure the facts will quickly be reshaped to conform to the American political rubric (&#8220;fighting those who hate freedom over there&#8221;).<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s a sad reflection of my world knowledge that I didn&#8217;t realize until now that Bombay has been renamed as Mumbai.  The name was <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mumbai\">officially changed<\/a> 11 years ago.
