When good guys torture, it&#8217;s good. Apparently that&#8217;s the modern Republican Party&#8217;s version of moral clarity.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Yes, Giuliani&#8217;s statement reflects the Bush administration&#8217;s position fairly well.  The American public doesn&#8217;t know what &#8220;enhanced interrogation techniques&#8221; its government is using, but we can rest assured that whatever is being done <em>isn&#8217;t<\/em> torture.
