How <a href=\"http:\/\/www.miami.com\/mld\/miamiherald\/news\/politics\/7931175.htm\">do we know<\/a>?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A group of Democratic senators led by Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York introduced a nonbinding sense of the Senate resolution on Wednesday taking the administration to task for Mankiw&#8217;s comments.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ahh yes.
