Bush&#8217;s contention that the mistreatment &#8220;was the wrongdoing of a few.&#8221;<br \/>\nIt also quoted U.S. officers as admitting that up to 90 per cent of the detainees had been arrested by mistake.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The story just keeps getting worse.  It would be bad enough if we were mistreating known criminals.  But mistreatment at a facility where the majority of inmates are probably <i>innocent<\/i>?
